A: With our Los Angeles Sunshine Vacation Packages, the LAX pick-up information will be on your confirmation. Once you arrive, you can call the hotel directly for pick-up. The hotels we work with provide frequent transportation between the hotel and airport for hotel guests.

Q: Can I pay by cash once I arrive?
A: No. All pacakges must be prepaid online with a credit card so we can make the appropriate reservations.
Q: Can I use my friend's (brother's, father's, sister's, etc.) credit card to pay online?
A: You can do this, but the cardholder needs to fill out a 3rd Party Credit Card Authorization Form. This form verifies that you have permission to use the other person's credit card. We can send you this form via email (send requests to info@lacitytours.com). The cardholder will need to fill out this form and fax it back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport.
Q: What tours does your 3 Day 2 Night Sunshine Package include?
A: The 3 Day 2 Night Los Angeles Sunshine Package comes with one tour. You will get the most complete tour of Los Angeles: our 5 1/2 hour L.A. City Tour.

Q: Can I add on another tour to my 3 Day 2 Night Los Angeles Sunshine Package?
A: If you are departing after 8:00pm on your last day, you can add another tour to your 3 Day 2 Night Los Angeles vacation package. You can add the Universal Studios Tour for an extra $85 per adult or the Disneyland Tour for an extra $100 per adult. We will make the arrangements and payment for the extra tour once you are here.

Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A: General Policy: LACityTours.com tours, schedules, prices, and routes are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control. There will be no refunds or extra services provided to customers for errors made by customers during tours, including any cost of transportation that a customer may incur to catch up when not being back at the vehicle in time during scheduled tour stops. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.
