A: The A-1 City Tour is our most popular and complete tour of Los Angeles. Los Angeles is a big city with a lot to see, and we’re here to show you everything Los Angeles and Hollywood has to offer with our A-1 Los Angeles City Tour. We go to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, the Hollywood Sign, Movie Star Homes, Mulholland Drive, and more!

Q: What days do you go?
A: The A-1 Los Angeles City Tour leaves every morning, 7 days a week.
Q: Where do I catch the tour?
A: You can meet the tour at our Hollywood office or we can pick you up from your local hotel. We offer pick up from hotels located in Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, the LAX area, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, Beverly Hills, Century City, and West LA.
If you are not a registered hotel guest, please meet the tour in LACityTours.com’s office in Hollywood, the Santa Monica Burger King, or the Marina Del Rey shopping center, which is about 20 minutes from LAX. Please see our Map Pick Up page for details. MapPickUp
Our Hollywood office is located at 6806 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028. We are on the southwest corner of Hollywood Blvd and Highland Ave, and are conveniently located right across the street from the Hollywood & Highland stop on the Metro Red Line. If you are coming to our office, please be here by 9:00 A.M.

Please be ready and in front of your hotel by the time indicated. Please contact us if you need help determining which pick up area your hotel is in before you make your online reservation.
Q: If you pick me up at my hotel, will you drop me off at my hotel after the tour?
A: Of course! Once the tour concludes, you will be dropped off at the same location you were picked up from.
Q: How long is the tour?
A: The touring time is roughly 5 and a half hours, with approximately 1 additional hour of roundtrip pick up and drop off times. The tour officially starts around 10:00 AM at Marina Del Rey.
Q: What time does this tour start and end?
A: You need to be ready by the time indicated for your pick up location, be it at a hotel, non-hotel pick up point, or meeting us at our Hollywood office. Pick up times range between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. The tour ends around 3:30 – 4:30 PM, at which time, guests will be dropped off back to their locations.
Q: I’m booking in advance and don’t know yet where I will be staying—what do I do?
A: If you are making a reservation and don’t know where you’ll be staying yet, you can always select “I will choose later.” for your Pick-up Location. Once you have your hotel information (or decide to meet us in our office), please contact us to let us know. If you want help making a hotel reservation, please contact us. We have great relationships with many local area hotels and can get you rooms at discounted rates!
Q: Will I be able to get out and shop, eat, take pictures, etc?
A: Absolutely! There are 5 different stops on the A-1 tour, giving you the opportunity to take pictures, shop, eat, and walk around. We will stop at Venice Beach for 20 minutes, Downtown for 20 minutes, Hollywood for 1 hour (lunch stop), Mulholland Drive for the Hollywood Sign for 10 minutes, and Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive for 20 minutes. Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Bring a camera, for sure! There will be a lot of sights and attractions of which you’ll want to take pictures. If you don’t have a camera, we have disposable cameras for sale in our Hollywood office. Also, we suggest you wear comfortable clothes, including walking shoes, and bring some spending money for shopping, souvenirs, and lunch. If you like, you can also bring your lunch on the bus with you.
Q: Is there anything else I need to know?
A: General Policy: LACityTours.com tours, schedules, prices, and routes are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for delayed or elongated tours due to traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues or any other situations beyond our control. There will be no refunds or extra services provided to customers for errors made by customers during tours, including any cost of transportation that a customer may incur to catch up when not being back at the vehicle in time during scheduled tour stops. Customers are responsible for all items taken on a tour.
